Happy New Year!
After a mini-break from the internet last week to spend some wonderful time with my family (and recover from a hard-hitting flu), I'm back online and linking up with Mama Kat to help you set attainable goals this year!
Watch, learn and let me know what your New Year Resolutions are for 2013!
Great goals! I find if I have too many goals or resolutions, then I lose focus. But I have had success with that One Word goal in the past, and that one word can encompass so much.
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to hearing what you will do after taking the Passion Test.
I love your one word goal. I think it is a brilliant way to encompass your year's goal.
DeleteI'll keep you posted on the PT test!
My 1 goal is to loose the weight, about 10lbs, that I put on over the holidays. Didn't care what I ate and now I DO! Enjoyed your vlog telling me I had a year to do it and not just a few months. I did write it down. Time will tell!!
ReplyDeleteYou can do it! You always lose weight in the spring, once you get moving again!
DeleteHey there - stopping by from the blog hop! Love your blog and can't wait to read more! Hope you have a great day! :)

Thanks for stopping by my blog! I enjoyed your vlog. I so agree with so much of what you said. Putting things in writing really makes things more concrete in my mind and then reviewing them. Looking forward to seeing how you progress with your goals. Take care, Sharon
ReplyDeleteThanks, Sharon! I appreciate your visit and your thoughtful comment!
DeleteI left a comment on your You Tube and subscribed. Good luck with all your goals. Very admirable. Also, I'm your latest follower. Nice to meet you.
ReplyDeleteGreat blog and some good tips.
ReplyDeleteI actually do something called Project 52. It works for me and employs many of the things you say here.
I am going to go by your YouTUbe and subscribe.
COme by my blog to check out my video for the week if you wish.
